A time for fellowship will follow the service. A light breakfast will be served. * Please note that the time for this service has been changed from the time published in the Circuit Writer. The time will be at 8:30 am.

Back to School Bash - A New Partnership! This year we have been asked to work in partnership with Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry on their efforts to supply local children pre-K - high school with school supplies for the 2019-2020 school year. It’s a great way for us to go out into our community and work with TBOM and other local organizations to make sure that children in our area begin the school year with all the supplies they need. How can you help?
1. Be a part of the planning team with TBOM.
2. Plan to volunteer to help pack backpacks at Polk County Middle
School July 29-August 2 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
3. Plan so come to the event at Polk County Middle School from
11:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday, August 3, 2019
4. Plan to staff a TUMC booth at the event.
Our church has done great work in ministering to children in our area in the past. Now we can come together with others to hopefully serve even more children with gifts and resources that are greatly needed.
If you would like to volunteer in any way or have questions, please contact Pastor Lynnette.
