Tryon United Methodist Church

Beginning Sunday, January 21, 2018

9:50 AM in the church library

All are invited to join in this 8-session small group Bible study with DVD.  Why does it seem as if some prayers work and others don't?  Are we doing something wrong? How do we keep from losing heart and giving up on the very weapon God has given us to not lose heart?

In Moving Mountains, John Eldredge explores these questions to deepen our understanding of our relationship with God in prayer. Your prayer life and your world will never be the same.  Book: $15

All are invited to a FREE Soup and cornbread supper, including dessert, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 5:00-6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Our Ash Wednesday service will follow at 6:30 PM

in the Sanctuary.

Thank you from Tiffany:

“I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the lovely baby shower gifts.  All the gifts meant so much to me and baby Adeline.  Between all the bottles, diapers and wipes, your gifts will surely come in handy.  As well as the Ingles gift certificate, that was so thoughtful.  We are so blessed and thankful for everything from such a great caring group of people.

Thank you, Tiffany & Baby Adeline
